Zënza sëida

Zënza sëida is a non-profit organization that aims to bring contemporary culture closer to art enthusiasts and the general public. They work towards the dissemination of knowledge, understanding, and production of contemporary art in Val Gardena, with the conviction that it is an important instrument for the growth and development of the region. The association’s activities target both a specialized audience and the population of the region, supporters, and all those interested. As an association for contemporary art, it is one of its priorities to interact with traditional and non-artistic fields in order to create new frameworks for research and production of contemporary art. Theory and discussion events aim to contribute in a broader sense to promoting creative and intellectual abilities, as well as raising awareness of cultural systems and socio-political processes. The goal is to explore and question the relationships between people and the visual and cultural design of their environment.
